FAQ
-
What tools do you use to draw?
I use the Procreate app on an iPad Pro 12.9” 4th generation with an Apple Pencil for all my digital drawings. I love it! I started out with a smaller iPad and really liked that one as well—I just wanted to start creating bigger artworks and switched to a bigger screen.

What digital brushes do you use?
Unless I’m going for a different aesthetic or style than I usually do, my all-time favorite brushes are the sketch round brush from Jingsketch’s Sketching Brushes brush pack, the default technical pen for lineart, and Procreate’s default hard airbrush for coloring/rendering.

Where did you learn digital art?
I picked up my very first apple pencil back in 2020 during the pandemic and that’s when I taught myself how to draw digitally. YouTube tutorials helped me figure out the basics of Procreate, and practice helped me get better and find my art style.
-
do you do any traditional art?
Traditional art is where my roots are! I’ve been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil and have continued to practice art whenever I can. While I didn’t go to art school and haven’t taken an art class in 10 years, I still enjoy working in watercolor, gouache, ink, and pencil.

What got you into Star Wars art?
I grew up on Star Wars. One of my earliest memories is sitting on the green couch in my grandma’s back room and watching A New Hope with my dad. I’ve watched every movie, animated series, and tv show, but didn’t start getting into creating OCs until 2020. I was scrolling Instagram one day and found several accounts that did Star Wars fanart/OCs. I saved up and bought an iPad and haven’t put it down since.

do you offer commissions?
I do, yes! Periodically, I open up a few spots. I’ll always update the status of my commissions and number of open spots in my Instagram bio. When my commissions are open, the request form will also be available here on my website.
